Google Chrome – Security issues fixed

Attackers could take over computers.

Google’s Chrome Web browser has been released in safe version 63.0.3239.84 for Linux, macOS and Windows. In the menu item “Help” you can check under “About Google Chrome” the installed output and start the update.

One of the 37 closed security holes is considered critical. Six rated Google as “high”. Seven with “medium” and five with “low”.

In many cases, attackers could provoke memory corruption, causing malicious code. In the case of the critical gap, it can be assumed that this is possible due to the remote classification without authentication. Further details about the vulnerabilities are currently not available.
